I know my updates have been lacking, but going to online school is not easy! I've been very busy lately, going from math to design to english now! I don't have an assignment due until tomorrow so I'm taking a break a little today to get caught up!

Lesse, what's happening:

ComicCon was great! Unfortunately, I missed meeting one of my heroes, Adam Kubert, but I got on a mailing list from the Joe Kubert School and met some inspiring women working in the field. I also sat in on q&a with some comic artists which was very cool! Also saw some awesome cosplay including "Bleach", "Portal" and "Avatar"! Oh, and of course, got some great merch! A "Bleach" scroll, keychain, lots of dragons to add to my collection and a gorgeous Sephiroth plush from FFVII that fits nicely with my Sesshomaru!

Congrats to my little brother! In a couple of weeks, my brother is getting his degree in Video Game Programming! Helping him been what's kept me busy outside of school. I designed his business card for him!

Other projects in the work: I decided to ditch the "13 Ghosts' since they didn't look right to me. I do plan on having a new series for this Halloween. I had "Tira" and "Nitara" done, but I lost them! :sob: So I'm working on new ones of those, "Zolo and Nightcrawler" is giving me the hardest time, but I think I may have finally solved the problem, for :devcartoon-obsession:'s new contest, I got a doozy! It's my fav right now; Alucard(Castlevania) vs. Alucard(Hellsing). Can't wait to have that finished! Also lying in the wings are a new animated avatar and an animated gif of a drawing of my "Rock Band" character(loosely based on Kara) where it morphs between 4 outfits I've made for her. And eventually, I've found supplies for "Michael's" to make a comic/manga. Andf also, most of that has to put on hold 'cause of the new contest on [adult swim], [link] If anyone is interested, it's a t-shirt design contest!!

IT'S GOING TO BE A DISTURBED BIRTHDAY!! I'm so psyched!! Disturbed's new album "Indestructible" is coming out June 3rd, 5 days before my birthday! I've ordered the limited edition, so it should get here just in time to celebrate my *ahem* 27th birthday! Not only that, but if you haven't heard, that week, Disturbed is also on ROCK BAND!!!! And, to top off my Disturbed experience, even though I can't see "Mayhem Fest" this year, I've got a ticket to see their live show online for FREE May 29th! So I am definitely a happy soon-to-be-old woman!!

Lastly, the movie blockbuster season has kicked off with a bang! How many of you saw "Iron Man"? This movie is awesome! You must go see it! And check it out, next week I'm also going to see the live action movie of "Death Note"! Definitely look for a review here!
